CUBEPARK STUDIOS

 Throughout the Terms of Service (the "Terms"), "CubePark Studios", "CubePark", "we" and "us" (unless indicated otherwise) specifically refers to CubePark Studios and partners of CubePark Studios.

A) CubePark Studios Maps and Servers:

1. Any map that is published and/or hosted by CubePark Studios, unless otherwise indicated, are owned by CubePark Studios.

2. The act of copying, hosting, redistributing and/or publishing any of our maps without prior permission specifically from CubePark Studios is strictly prohibited

3. CubePark Studios has the power to remove items, in-game money, ranks and any purchasable items from the player without prior warning or consent

4. CubePark Studios have the right to administer any punishment that is deemed suitable for breaking the rules put forward by us (CubePark Studios)

5. We (CubePark Studios), without the player's approval, reserve the right to ban, or temporarily suspend any player's rights when on the server.

B) CubePark Studios Assets:

1. All Resource and Behaviour packs are developed entirely by CubePark Studios, unless stated otherwise. Our assets, including but not limited to: Resource and Behaviour packs, music, logos, graphical designs, are owned solely by CubePark Studios and not in partnership with any other parties

2. Our assets may not be used by other parties in any form. We do not give permission for our assets to be used unless you are following our fair-use guidelines

3. We do not own any music used on our Walt Disney World recreations. Usage of this audio is used in accordance with The Walt Disney Company's fair-use policy.

C) Affiliations with Other Companies:

1. CubePark Studios is in no way affiliated with; The Walt Disney Company, Pixar Animation Studios, Mojang Studios and Merlin Entertainments Ltd.

2. Any assets used from another company is used in accordance with each companies Fair-Use policies.

D) Fair-Use Policy:

1. You are permitted to use our logo and name, as long as it's part of footage recorded on our servers. Re-uploaded footage from CubePark Studios is prohibited.

2. The use of any old logos, names and slogans is prohibited. When advertising us (CubePark Studios), you must use our most up-to-date logos, slogans and name. The use of any custom-made logos, names and slogans are also prohibited.

3. Any footage recorded or taken on our servers, must be published in as high quality as possible and cannot be edited to be; distorted or represent a false adaptation of our servers

4. We (CubePark Studios) must be credited if any content that uses our server is published. This includes but is not limited to; POVs, shows and walkthroughs

E) Staff

1. Views held by CubePark Studios staff members do not reflect those of CubePark Studios

2. You must be as active as possible, and failure to present a valid reason for a long absence may result in being fired

3. CubePark Studios staff members have the right to punish any offenders at their discretion. Any punishments can be reviewed and appealed at a later date. 

4. Staff members must not release any information about classified information. This includes but is not limited to:

            • Interactive media

            • Videos

            • Audio

            • Websites

            • Events

      2. Concepts:

         1. • Ideas

            • Parks

            • Videos

            • Other:

              • Including but not limited to; events, updates

3. Packs:

• Resource packs

• Behaviour packs

• Other packs

4. Partner details:

• Details about partnership including:

  • Commission payouts

  • Discounts

  • Benefits

F) CubePark Studios Content Packs

1. All code that is a part of a CubePark Studios Content Pack is developed solely by CubePark Studios and no third-party

2. Any code that is released by CubePark Studios is Copyrighted and owned by CubePark Studios

3. You are allowed to edit assets in Content Packs for your own private usage. You are prohibited to distribute the edited assets.

4. You are allowed to add to Content Packs for your own Private usage with reasonable credit given

5. It is illegal to redistribute the Content Packs unless you provide the original download link provided by CubePark Studios

6. It is illegal for you to edit any Content Packs and redistribute and publish for your own gain of any kind.

7. UK copyright Laws apply

8. Private usage is understood to be: Your own world, server and/or realm.
